How we get your order to you, and what to do if something isn’t right.
Delivery
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses throughout the UK mainland. For the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote locations, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm delivery options and timescales.
Dispatch & timescales
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days of dispatch. Larger or bulk orders may be sent on a pallet or courier service, and we’ll advise you of the arrangements.
Delivery charges
Any applicable delivery charge is calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Charges depend on order size, weight and destination.
Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, we’ll share tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
Returns
30-day returns
If you change your mind, you may return unused items in their original, resalable condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us first so we can guide you through the process.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with your legal rights.
